Graduation Services

The Image Factor (PTY) LTD, currently one of South Africa’s largest photographic firms, offers a professional and efficient service at the majority of the Country’s Educational Institutions, during their Graduation ceremonies. We cover Universities, Colleges, and Private FET Institutions.

Pre-Orders is a service allowing the graduate to order ahead of graduation day, thereby fast tracking the admin process and queues on the day. Pre-orders close 5 working days prior to Graduation Day.

The following options are offered to the graduate:
Packages made up of the important stage moments as well an individual portrait of yourself and photographs with your family members and friends.

Step One: Complete an order form
Step Two : Make payment ( if you have pre-ordered, paid and received your copy invoice via email, you need only collect your original invoice from the admin desk)
Step Three: Get Invoice for your order and payment
Step Four: Take Family/Single photo/s (please note no family photos are permitted DURING the ceremony)
All our photographic staff will be clearly identifiable on the day of your graduation.

Graduates may opt to collect from our studios, postage or a door to door courier service.

It is important that Graduates keep their original invoice safely (or snap a picture of it and store on your phone for easy and convenient access) until the collection day.
Please allow for ATLEAST 45 working days for the studio to work with and process ALL Graduation orders (this includes an email/digital package)

Our Head office and Studio is situated in the Durban Point Waterfront area, centrally located for graduates to reach us for collections as well as re-shoot purposes.
Our Branch Studio is situated in Bellville Cape Town.
We are open 6 days a week.
Please bring along your original invoice for collection. If you have misplaced this invoice please contact the studio with the following details so that we can locate that unique invoice number:

You can also contact us with your invoice number ahead of your arrival, so that we can pull out your graduation package and have it ready for you to pick up, saving you time and allowing convenience.
